the industry standard, non-negotiable, ten percent sales
commissions - even if you find a buyer and sell your

(Lighthouse or other) broker sells your
yacht, you pay a total sales commission of only six percent.

the yacht is sold!

If you find a
buyer for your yacht, you may still choose
to sell the vessel
yourself even though it is listed with Lighthouse Yachts and in
such case, you will pay only a
two percent commission.

vessel themselves:

You pay a
small flat fee ($1000 - $5000, depending upon the listing price) when
you list your
yacht.

When a broker sells your
yacht, you pay a total commission of only six percent when
the yacht is sold! (. . . and we refund the listing fee!)

If you find a
buyer for your yacht, you may still choose
to sell the vessel
yourself even though it is listed with Lighthouse Yachts and in
such case, you will pay
no commission.
Of course, under either
plan, if for any reason the vessel is
not sold, there is no commission nor any additional fee due.
Lighthouse Yachts will keep your vessel
listed as long as you wish or until sold (up to one year ) at no
additional charge.
